About the role
- RF Design Engineer responsible for project development and sustainability evaluations for network capacity. Collaborating with corporate areas and vendors to design solutions for telecommunications networks.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing Radio Frequency (RF) design projects, evaluating the solutions to be planned and implemented to ensure network capacity, interacting with Implementation, HQ and Vendors, and always aiming to ensure business and environmental sustainability.
- Design solutions for access network evolution and ensure capacity.
- Design solutions for Agribusiness and interface with corporate areas.
- Analyze Radio Frequency solutions.
- Evaluate Radio Frequency project documentation submitted by Vendors.
- Perform coverage prediction using specific tools (Guitar).
- Manage the equipment database (NGNIS/Spazio).
- Manage the Netflow tool.
- Manage and handle requests in xtts (ASAC/GDR).
- Control and manage the access database.
- Perform coverage analysis in support of the Commercial area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Professional experience with Access and Transmission (TX) network technologies (3G, 4G and 5G, Microwave (MW), Fiber Optics (FO), IoT, etc.) and internal network platforms.
- Knowledge of environmental impacts arising from the deployment and operation of network features in general.
