About the role

  • Governance & Contract Management Professional at TIM managing contracts and ensuring service delivery compliance. Engaging with technical areas and suppliers for effective contract management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure, optimize and lead the management of contractual aspects and SLA oversight for active Technology Development contracts, with an emphasis on synergy;
  • Monitor, report on, and proactively ensure suppliers' contract validity, balances, financial qualification and penalty processes (in accordance with Corporate Legal guidance), and coordinate reports and meetings with the involved areas;
  • Together with the responsible teams, track the steps required to progress processes in ARIBA, ensuring advancement of technical steps, financial approval processes such as SAS/REDIR/CDA, and budget approvals;
  • Manage corporate processes related to the contracting flow and oversee supplier qualification processes;
  • Validate and create in ARIBA the technical area's request to initiate a contractual penalty process;
  • Plan, control and manage Technology Development demands in line with the capacity of Procurement, Wholesale and Tower Cost teams;
  • Prepare necessary documentation and participate in meetings with technical teams;
  • Validate and ensure, together with stakeholders, the progress of requests via workflow;
  • Define contractual KPIs to ensure compliance with agreed SLAs;
  • Control and manage penalty processes within Technology Development;
  • Validate, create and follow up technical area's requests to open contractual penalty processes via ARIBA and track them through to contract signature;
  • Prepare and publish the area’s monitoring dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical, Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields;
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Technology is a plus;
  • Experience in contract negotiation and contract management;
  • Experience managing databases and performance indicators;
  • Experience with SAP (Modules: MM and ARIBA);
  • Proficiency in Excel.
