Responsibilities
Update product information on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and speed in product listings;
Operate content management systems (CMS) to update offers, campaigns and commercial terms;
Manage the e-commerce platform, activating catalog SKUs and performing manual adjustments when necessary;
Identify opportunities for automation and optimization to increase efficiency in offer updates;
Analyze customer behavior data to generate insights that support strategic decisions;
Structure and consolidate data into management reports and performance dashboards;
Apply CRM best practices to communication sends, ensuring relevance and personalization;
Develop and monitor relationship journeys (customer lifecycle flows) and contribute to seasonal and multichannel campaign strategy;
Support process automation to achieve scale and operational consistency;
Validate email, SMS and WhatsApp sends, ensuring correct segmentation and execution;
Plan and execute A/B tests, evaluate results and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements
Professional with experience in CRM operations;
Knowledge of the delivery funnel for transactional communications via email, SMS and WhatsApp;
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks;
Degree or background in Business Administration, Social Communication, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
