About the role
- Engineering role in Brazil providing technical assistance and project analysis for Tigre products. Focus on customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform activities related to Application Engineering for T&C Brazil, providing technical support for our products and ensuring the satisfaction of external and internal customers nationwide, in compliance with current laws and company policies.
- Conduct trainings, technical promotions, technical assistance, and engineering services, such as project analyses.
- Contribute to the maintenance of technical materials through periodic reviews.
- Analyze projects (hydraulic, fire protection, gas, infrastructure, irrigation) to identify opportunities to include the TIGRE portfolio.
- Quantify required materials through project analysis.
- Evaluate opportunities to assemble Hydraulic Kits.
- Actively participate in and influence study groups via committees and technical discussion forums.
- Receive, analyze, and resolve consumer customer complaints at the national level.
- Propose improvements to existing products and suggest new product ideas.
- Support the commercial team by providing technical information and trainings.
- Promote customer education through in-person trainings and university lectures.
- Provide technical guidance to consumers, resellers, and construction professionals.
- Perform product homologation activities for Tigre products.

- Required education: Bachelor’s degree
- Field of study: Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Environmental, Civil, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
