About the role

• Senior AI Developer at Tidio enhancing a sales automation app using fullstack JavaScript. Working independently and collaboratively to drive innovation in AI solutions for business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance our new sales automating app (already saving a lot of time for our Sales team).
• Work independently, making key technical decisions - you will work shoulder to shoulder with a second Senior AI Engineer on the project.
• Build and iterate on PoC/MVPs rapidly to test and validate new ideas.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize development and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and our other Senior AI Engineer to align the product with business goals.

Requirements

• Fullstack JavaScript experience with the following stack: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js (required) or Express.js
• Proven experience in building at least one web application from scratch.
• Ability to quickly prototype and develop PoC/MVP solutions.
• Experience in key areas required for application development, including relational databases, UI development tools, cloud file management (S3), caching (Redis), and more.
• A smart, resourceful approach, leveraging AI tools for efficiency (i.e. you’re familiar with vibe coding, have couple of months of experience using CursorAI etc.).
• Strong business acumen and understanding of product impact.
• High level of autonomy and self-management skills.
• Comfort in working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• Experience with LLM SDKs - OpenAI, Claude, AI SDK (Vercel)
• Experience with Nest.js / React Native / Websockets
