About the role

  • Junior Economic-Financial Analyst supporting M&A operations at Thymos Energia. Engaging in financial modeling and due diligence processes with dynamic client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the construction and analysis of economic and financial models, including company valuations and feasibility studies.
  • Contribute to the preparation of transaction materials, such as teasers, strategic presentations, and Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs).
  • Assist in due diligence processes by reviewing documents, reports, and financial information.
  • Participate in meetings and interactions with executives, entrepreneurs and clients, providing analyses and following discussions on transactions and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and financial modeling is desirable.
  • Previous experience in the energy sector is a plus.
