About the role

  • Junior Designer at AntiSocial involved in creating social-first digital marketing campaigns. Collaborating with teams to deliver innovative solutions for leading global brands.

Responsibilities

  • Turn strategy into social-first ideas
  • Collaborate with Copywriters, Designers, Producers, Strategists, and Accounts to translate briefs into sharp, culture-led concepts that ladder up to client goals.
  • Build out visual systems for every platform
  • Evolve concepts into full suites of assets for multiple mediums and social platforms, using contemporary, feed-ready design solutions.
  • Design for the feed, not just the deck
  • Create visuals that feel native to each platform—from static posts and carousels to stories, reels, and creator content—always thinking about how work will be seen, shared, and saved.
  • Share, refine, and iterate
  • Explain your ideas internally, gather feedback from Associate Creative Directors, Strategy, and Accounts, and refine quickly in response.
  • Support client presentations
  • Participate in presenting concepts to clients in a clear, compelling, and visually driven way.
  • Protect and elevate the brand
  • Keep everything on-brand and cohesive while still pushing for fresh, unexpected expressions that feel at home in culture.
  • Stay plugged into culture and the category
  • Join briefings, team meetings, and client presentations, and dive into research as needed to keep the work relevant, timely, and insight-driven.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Design or a related field
  • 1–2 years of design experience in an agency or in-house setting, working on real brands
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong digital craft and an eye for detail
  • Fluency across major social platforms and how design needs to adapt for each
  • A genuine passion for creative concepts and design—not just how things look, but what they mean
  • Experience designing branded content for social campaigns (feeds, stories, reels, carousels, etc.)
  • An eagerness to collaborate with Copywriters, Art Directors, Strategists, Producers, and Accounts
  • Strong attention to detail, from pixel-perfect exports to cohesive visual systems
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies, design tools, and visual trends across internet culture
  • A true ad and marketing enthusiast who pays attention to great campaigns and why they work
  • A willingness to take smart risks, push your ideas, and be bold in the work
  • Motivation to create purpose-driven design and advertising that actually impacts people and culture
