Responsibilities
Turn strategy into social-first ideas
Collaborate with Copywriters, Designers, Producers, Strategists, and Accounts to translate briefs into sharp, culture-led concepts that ladder up to client goals.
Build out visual systems for every platform
Evolve concepts into full suites of assets for multiple mediums and social platforms, using contemporary, feed-ready design solutions.
Design for the feed, not just the deck
Create visuals that feel native to each platform—from static posts and carousels to stories, reels, and creator content—always thinking about how work will be seen, shared, and saved.
Share, refine, and iterate
Explain your ideas internally, gather feedback from Associate Creative Directors, Strategy, and Accounts, and refine quickly in response.
Support client presentations
Participate in presenting concepts to clients in a clear, compelling, and visually driven way.
Protect and elevate the brand
Keep everything on-brand and cohesive while still pushing for fresh, unexpected expressions that feel at home in culture.
Stay plugged into culture and the category
Join briefings, team meetings, and client presentations, and dive into research as needed to keep the work relevant, timely, and insight-driven.
