Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience creating content for social platforms, either in an agency, brand, or creator environment
Strong shooting and editing skills, including phone-based lo-fi content and higher-production DSLR or mirrorless workflows
Proficiency with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
A strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and content best practices
An eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual consistency
Ideation skills and the ability to contribute creative ideas is a strong plus
A portfolio that shows a range of styles, formats, and production levels
