Responsibilities
- Oversee the engineering, delivery, and support of a diverse portfolio of products within our Supply Chain Compliance functions
- Design and evolve data-driven compliance systems to support regulatory requirements
- Lead complex, cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions
- Develop and execute product, project, and program roadmaps
- Drive the intake, demand management, and product roadmaps
- Own and lead the full lifecycle of large software development projects
- Champion DevOps, CI/CD, and automation strategies
- Oversee adherence to industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Advocate for customer-centric and user-driven development
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of direct reports
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, solution architecture, software engineering, or technology operations
- 3+ years of direct people management experience
- Proven experience designing and building technology solutions that support supply chain compliance with regulations such as the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA)
- Demonstrated ability to partner with legal, procurement, sustainability, compliance, and technology leadership to define compliance technology strategy
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
- Familiarity with integrating third-party compliance data sources and APIs
- Deep understanding of software engineering and architecture principles
- Experience creating automated workflows
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
- Strong understanding of ITIL v3 (or later) and ITSM best practices
