About the role

• Analytical Service Engineer at The Quality Group combining product specifications and data analysis. Ensuring quality in food products from development to production in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Creation, maintenance and harmonization of technical product specifications across sites and product lines
• Development and further advancement of method expertise in chemistry, physics, microbiology and sensory analysis
• Data-driven evaluation of findings through statistical analyses, trend analysis, capability assessments and control charts
• Active collaboration with R&D, production, procurement and QA in the context of design-for-quality and lifecycle management
• Management of deviations and root-cause analysis including CAPA through to effectiveness verification
• Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure audit readiness and compliance

Requirements

• Degree in food chemistry, chemistry, process engineering or a comparable field
• Experience in specification management as well as quality control and analytical method expertise
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, SPC, DoE and statistical process evaluation
• Proficient in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Ideally experience with LIMS or ERP systems such as SAP
• German at C1 level and English at B2 level
