Analytical Service Engineer at The Quality Group combining product specifications and data analysis. Ensuring quality in food products from development to production in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
Creation, maintenance and harmonization of technical product specifications across sites and product lines
Development and further advancement of method expertise in chemistry, physics, microbiology and sensory analysis
Data-driven evaluation of findings through statistical analyses, trend analysis, capability assessments and control charts
Active collaboration with R&D, production, procurement and QA in the context of design-for-quality and lifecycle management
Management of deviations and root-cause analysis including CAPA through to effectiveness verification
Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure audit readiness and compliance
Requirements
Degree in food chemistry, chemistry, process engineering or a comparable field
Experience in specification management as well as quality control and analytical method expertise
Solid knowledge of data analysis, SPC, DoE and statistical process evaluation
Proficient in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Ideally experience with LIMS or ERP systems such as SAP
German at C1 level and English at B2 level
