About the role
- Analytical Service Engineer at The Quality Group combining product specifications and data analysis. Ensuring quality in food products from development to production in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Creation, maintenance and harmonization of technical product specifications across sites and product lines
- Development and further advancement of method expertise in chemistry, physics, microbiology and sensory analysis
- Data-driven evaluation of findings through statistical analyses, trend analysis, capability assessments and control charts
- Active collaboration with R&D, production, procurement and QA in the context of design-for-quality and lifecycle management
- Management of deviations and root-cause analysis including CAPA through to effectiveness verification
- Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure audit readiness and compliance
Requirements
- Degree in food chemistry, chemistry, process engineering or a comparable field
- Experience in specification management as well as quality control and analytical method expertise
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, SPC, DoE and statistical process evaluation
- Proficient in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Ideally experience with LIMS or ERP systems such as SAP
- German at C1 level and English at B2 level
