About the role
- Technical Lead delivering high-quality technical solutions for client onboarding and migration projects at Cintra. Leading a technical team while managing client relationships and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Combine hands-on technical delivery with people leadership in a client-focused implementation environment
- Design and deliver bespoke onboarding and migration solutions
- Work with technologies such as TSQL, XML/XSLT, and automation tooling
- Collaborate closely with client-facing teams
- Provide line management to a technical team member
- Support performance, development, and effective resource planning
- Champion best practices, documentation, and compliance with data protection and security standards
Requirements
- Experienced technical consultant
- Deep expertise in TSQL
- Strong experience working with XML/XSLT and automation technologies such as TypeScript or Office Script
- Solid background in data migration and client delivery
- Comfortable working across modern development and collaboration tools
- Familiarity with the Cintra iQ platform is ideal
- Confident communicator and leader
- Proven ability to mentor and develop others
- Strong problem-solving mindset
