Responsibilities
- Design and deliver bespoke onboarding and migration solutions
- Combine hands-on technical delivery with people leadership in a client-focused implementation environment
- Work with technologies such as TSQL, XML/XSLT, and automation tooling
- Collaborate closely with client-facing teams
- Provide line management to a technical team member, supporting performance, development, and effective resource planning
- Champion best practices, documentation, and compliance with data protection and security standards
- Reporting to Head of Client Onboarding
Requirements
- Experienced technical consultant with deep expertise in TSQL
- Strong experience working with XML/XSLT and automation technologies such as TypeScript or Office Script
- Solid background in data migration and client delivery
- Familiarity with modern development and collaboration tools
- Ideally familiar with the Cintra iQ platform
- Confident communicator and leader with the proven ability to mentor and develop others
- Strong problem-solving mindset
