About the role
- Support the team in delivering daily tasks, working to strict deadlines as determined by the investment markets
- Involved in supporting the daily delivery of unit pricing, validating movements and ensuring creations are aligned with expectation
- Support the team in delivering monthly/quarterly tasks that are used by other stakeholders
- Organised and dependable member of the team, able to play a key part in the monitoring of actions and management of risks and controls
Requirements
- Experience within Financial Services industry, preferably in investment fund operations
- Understanding of Unit Linked and With-Profit funds, but this can also be trained
- Proactive, inquisitive, confident in presenting new ideas and willing to challenge the status quo
- Comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders
- Accounting and Investment Operations-related qualifications
- Proficient MS Excel user with experience with macros.
- Knowledge of unit-linked/with-profits fund administration processes (including unit matching & box management and trading) or a background in fund accounting
- Accounting-related qualification or similar
