About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop useful, high-performance, and sustainable digital products to address our clients’ and their users’ needs
  • Receive mentorship to grow your skills and learn to write high-quality code, understand product challenges, and contribute across the full application lifecycle from design to deployment
  • Understand your client’s problem and deliver a performant, maintainable, value-oriented product, participating across the entire production cycle from design to deployment
  • Deliver quality code on schedule, incorporating tests, refactoring, and the team’s technical standards, regardless of the technology used
  • Perform technical investigations, debug effectively, and fix defects in a sustainable way across different environments
  • Analyze code-level problems in depth to develop strong problem-solving skills
  • Work with an LLM to accelerate development

Requirements

  • You hold a degree from a top engineering school
  • You enjoy working in a team and interacting with diverse profiles and functions, demonstrating pedagogy and a constructive mindset (code reviews, pair programming)
  • You are value-focused: you care about the client’s business and avoid doing technology for technology’s sake
  • You are an advocate of AI, particularly on GenAI topics, and you continuously seek to improve by staying up to date with technical developments
  • You hold high standards for the quality of your work and know how to question — even stop — the production chain when necessary (#jidoka)
  • You like to work in a structured way and naturally apply organizational and continuous improvement principles (inspired by 5S)
  • You want to grow in an environment that daily encourages continuous learning, team spirit, and initiative
