Leading the Claims Vendor Management function to enhance service for PURE Insurance members. Collaborating with enterprise vendor partners to build and monitor a world-class vendor network.
Responsibilities
Create and manage a world class vendor and service provider network
Oversee the maintenance of our existing portfolio of vendors and service providers
Participate in vendor selection, RFP process to negotiate the best rates and SLAs
Centrally manage strategic partnerships with Claims vendors and service providers
Ensure preferred vendors are on-boarded with contracts, defined SLAs, W9 and Tax IDs
Monitor vendor network to ensure high standards of service are delivered
Negotiate mutually beneficial contracts with new vendors
Review and approve all new vendor requests for accuracy
Consult with Claims Business Process Owners and Stakeholders on identifying vended service needs
Develop deployment framework and KPIs for vendor categories
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of P&C Insurance industry experience is required, with expertise in the High Net Worth space highly desired.
Advanced degrees and industry designations are a plus.
Strategic thinker who demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills in order to support the relationship building element of this role.
Highly organized and able to plan for the short term and long term.
Degree of technical competency that will support project needs associated with the VM program.
