About the role

  • Product Designer leading design initiatives for Accord's platform. Collaborating with teams to improve user experience and elevate design standards in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own design for major product initiatives end to end (research to concept to visual design to delivery)
  • Design for complex systems - multi-user workflows, permissions, integrations - and make them feel simple
  • Lead user research and translate insights into actionable product improvements
  • Own our design system and visual language
  • Champion user experience across the company, balancing craft with business impact
  • Collaborate closely with the team to influence roadmap and product vision

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience designing SaaS or workflow products (B2B, data-rich, or enterprise tools a plus)
  • Hold a high bar for craft and usability, and consistently push for exceptional user experiences
  • Start-up experience is a must: you must be able to move fast without cutting corners
  • Strength in interaction design, systems thinking, and visual polish
  • Have built out a design system and scale it across multiple surfaces
  • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy creating clarity, structure and momentum
  • Curious and excited by how AI can supplement - not replace - human creativity and craft
  • Bonus: experience with sales tech, CRM or workflow tools or designing AI-powered
