Responsibilities
Support the financial management of income and expenditure
Assist in the production of client reports
Ensure accurate financial record-keeping
Manage service charges and rental income
Maintain accounting for other income and reconciliations
Produce completion statements for property sales and lease terminations
Liaise with site staff for expenditure accuracy
Assist with regular client reports and statutory reporting
Collaborate with the client accounting team
Requirements
Knowledge or experience of basic accounting/bookkeeping
Minimum GCSE level education (Maths and English at grade C or above)
Good computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize effectively
Organised with attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines
