Responsibilities
- Play a critical role managing and executing payment integrity strategies
- Support development of affordability strategic initiatives aligned with CHC and enterprise goals
- Create strategic frameworks, business cases, and initiative roadmaps
- Conduct internal reviews and external market scans to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Partner with clinical, product, data, analytics, and operations teams to ensure strategic alignment
- Analyze claims and operational data to identify trends and affordability opportunities
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Prepare executive-level presentations and updates on strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MPH, MBA, MHA)
- Minimum 3+ years in healthcare strategy, financial operations, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience in payer, provider, or integrated delivery systems preferred
- Familiarity with trend analytics, population health strategies, or payment integrity preferred
- Exposure to strategic planning, business case development, or healthcare innovation preferred
