About the role

  • Play a critical role managing and executing payment integrity strategies
  • Support development of affordability strategic initiatives aligned with CHC and enterprise goals
  • Create strategic frameworks, business cases, and initiative roadmaps
  • Conduct internal reviews and external market scans to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Partner with clinical, product, data, analytics, and operations teams to ensure strategic alignment
  • Analyze claims and operational data to identify trends and affordability opportunities
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and updates on strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MPH, MBA, MHA)
  • Minimum 3+ years in healthcare strategy, financial operations, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in payer, provider, or integrated delivery systems preferred
  • Familiarity with trend analytics, population health strategies, or payment integrity preferred
  • Exposure to strategic planning, business case development, or healthcare innovation preferred
