About the role

  • BCBA supporting children and families through in-home ABA services in Santa Fe, NM. This hybrid role includes in-person client work and remote flexibility for clinical planning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and monitor client progress in home-based settings
  • Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs providing in-home services
  • Collaborate closely with families to promote consistency and skill generalization
  • Balance direct in-home support with remote clinical work and team collaboration

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
  • Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • A flexible mindset and collaborative spirit
