About the role
- Responsable Delivery Opérations UWS sur le site de Brest pour Thales. Identifier et suivre les plans d’amélioration pour sécuriser les livraisons dans le respect des délais, coûts, performances et qualité.
Responsibilities
- Identify, implement and monitor the improvement plans necessary to secure deliveries while meeting deadlines, costs, performance and quality targets.
- Assess Domain requirements and define the optimal plan to meet them.
- Obtain approval from Domain Directors for the resources required to satisfy those requirements.
- Organize and lead the monthly Industry BOR for the UWS Operations Directorate.
- Establish and organize each identified "workstream" by defining a shared roadmap.
Requirements
- General engineering degree
- Significant experience (minimum 15 years) in the following areas: proposals and quoting, hardware development, industrialization and production.
- Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain processes and industrial/manufacturing flows.
- Expertise in UWS products
