About the role

  • Printed Electronics/PCB Sales Expert managing and growing a large portfolio while developing new accounts. Focusing on engineering and manufacturing teams across the Midwest.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a large portfolio (500 accounts) across a Midwest-focused national territory
  • Prospect and develop new business through outbound outreach and in-person customer visits
  • Build long-term relationships with engineering, manufacturing, and technical stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance on printed electronics, substrates, PSAs, and PCB-related materials
  • Introduce new products, uncover new use cases, and drive market expansion
  • Partner with internal teams (technical, inside sales, product, supply chain) to support customers
  • Operate in a fast-paced, quick-turn environment (same-day/next-day orders)
  • Track activity, pipeline, and forecasts using Salesforce
  • Travel 20–30% (2–3 days per trip)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales or technical sales experience in printed electronics, PCB, or engineered materials
  • Proven hunter mentality with strong account management skills
  • Experience selling into engineering and manufacturing environments
  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles and large customer portfolios
  • Strong communication skills, thick skin, and a proactive mindset
  • Salesforce and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Midwest-based and near a major airport.
