About the role

  • Senior Product Manager overseeing product strategy and leading development at textilwerk. Driving product lifecycle and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the further development and implementation of the product strategy and product roadmap in alignment with relevant stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities and pricing structures to identify growth opportunities and derive strategic and operational recommendations
  • Provide subject-matter leadership in defining and prioritizing product requirements and specifications in close collaboration with Development, Marketing and Sales
  • Manage the product lifecycle holistically – from strategic concept through market launch to optimization of existing products
  • Operational and content ownership for the management, maintenance and enhancement of product information in the Product Information Management (PIM) system and the webshop
  • Ensure consistency and high quality (quality assurance) across all product categories
  • Work closely across departments with interdisciplinary teams to successfully position and sustainably develop the product portfolio

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Textile Management or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in Product Management, ideally in the textile or consumer goods industry
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and managing projects
  • Knowledge of market and competitive analysis as well as product development
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confident use of common product management tools and MS Office
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
