Responsibilities
Own and manage the P&L, revenue, and overall business performance of the UK/Europe region.
Define and execute a growth strategy to expand Fireflink’s footprint across enterprise accounts.
Drive customer acquisition and retention, ensuring long-term relationships and high customer satisfaction.
Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops, articulating Fireflink’s unique value proposition.
Oversee RFP/RFQ responses and proposal submissions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
Collaborate with global teams (product, delivery, marketing, and presales) to design and deliver tailored automation and AI-driven solutions.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional sales and solutions team to achieve business objectives.
Act as the strategic advisor to clients, aligning solutions with their automation, RPA, and cloud transformation journeys.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to refine GTM strategies.
Represent Fireflink at industry forums, events, and partner ecosystems to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
12+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing regional or business unit operations.
Proven P&L ownership and track record of achieving revenue targets in a SaaS/Automation/AI product or IT services environment.
Strong background in enterprise sales, business development, and solutioning within the QA, Automation, or AI domain.
Hands-on experience engaging with C-level executives and influencing customer decisions.
Familiarity with automation tools and AI-based solutions (Selenium, Appium, Tosca, Playwright, Cypress, RPA tools) is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to build and lead cross-functional teams.
