  • Data Entry Specialist responsible for maintaining and validating customer data within systems at TerraScale. Conducting online research to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and validating lead and customer data within our systems.
  • Conduct targeted online research to expand prospect lists and ensure high-quality, reliable data that supports sales, marketing, and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Enter new leads into Salesforce from provided lists with a high level of accuracy and review.
  • Conduct general online research, adding new leads to Salesforce as well as identifying duplicate records, and enriching leads with additional relevant information.
  • Assist in the development, improvement, and implementation of research methodologies and procedures.
  • Compile data from multiple sources for evaluation and analysis.

Requirements

  • Perform high-volume, high-accuracy data entry tasks
  • Research companies and contacts using online sources and databases
  • Validate and enrich lead data with missing or updated information
  • Identify and flag data inconsistencies or duplicates
  • Generate basic reports or summaries when required
  • Adhere to internal SLAs and quality benchmarks
