Responsibilities
Drive a high-performing, highly engaged workforce through effective and measurable leadership activities including engagement, recognition and performance development

Execute on the product management of a portfolio of legacy and mature products stabilizing revenue contribution and maximizing the remaining value of each product line
Provide product expertise across regulatory filings, pricing, billing support, budget and triage, revenue assurance, and sales enablement
Execute on plans to de-select products in accordance with Product Life Cycle management best practices managing transitions with minimal customer and revenue disruption
Drive revenue growth and execute cost optimization initiatives across the Transit & Termination financial portfolio, delivering meaningful and measurable savings for the business
Requirements
A Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent
A Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) (considered an asset)
10+ years of related work experience in the telecommunications industry
Excellent collaborative skills, with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations
Proven ability to Lead and manage the market and financial performance of existing and new products, with full accountability for P&L — including Revenue, Operating Profit, Cash Flow, and Return on Investment
Strong sense of determination and grit. Able to deal with ambiguity, lead through influence and drive projects to completion while working with competing priorities.
