About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide support to Process Engineering for Fertilizers and Gas Chemical units
- Provide technical advisory support, including conducting equipment performance tests
- Perform equipment integrity inspections and prepare reports
- Monitor, participate in, and execute maintenance and inspection services on equipment, facilities, and systems
- Create maintenance and inspection plans and procedures
- Develop technical and economic feasibility studies for process improvements of Fertilizer assets
- Perform diagnostics of operational routines
- Prepare operational risk analyses
- Conduct failure and risk analyses using applicable methodologies (HAZOP / fault tree analysis / Ishikawa)
- Prepare technical specifications for the procurement of equipment involving process improvements
- Provide technical support to the supervision of commissioning and performance tests of new equipment at Fertilizer plants
- Monitor basic and detailed engineering projects for improvements and expansions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with CREA professional registration
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in related activities
- Desirable: at least 2 years' experience in operational units for gas processing, refineries, fertilizer plants and/or petrochemical plants
- Proficiency in the following tools: SAP, DWG, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
