- Tech Lead with expertise in Oracle Forms and PL/SQL leading development team in Brazil. Ensuring software quality and guiding architectural best practices.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical reference/lead for Oracle Forms, PL/SQL and integrations with Oracle databases.
- Participate in designing and evolving solution architecture, proposing improvements and ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, defining standards, workflows and implementation patterns.
- Guide, support and direct the development team, ensuring execution according to technical standards and best practices.
- Review code and validate deliverables, ensuring quality, performance, security and architectural compliance.
- Plan and drive evolutionary improvements, structural fixes and modernization of Oracle components.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, workflows, data models and solution diagrams.
- Oversee deployment processes, acceptance testing and production releases, ensuring stability and technical support.
- Monitor technical risks and propose contingency plans when necessary.
- Estimate effort, support sprint/release planning and collaborate on prioritizing tasks.
- Promote a culture of best practices, testing, version control, code quality and technical standardization.
- Support the technical development and growth of team members.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Oracle Forms (customization, development and maintenance).
- Strong command of PL/SQL, advanced queries, procedures, packages, triggers and performance tuning.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Database, data modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with systems architecture, integrations and development patterns.
- Previous experience in technical leadership, conducting code reviews and guiding teams.
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git), pipelines and CI/CD processes (a plus).
- Experience or knowledge of legacy modernization and integration with services/APIs (a plus).
