About the role

Responsibilities

- Ensure system observability and monitoring using tools such as Datadog and Elasticsearch.
- Define and track performance, reliability, and security metrics.
- Collaborate with business and product areas, technically influencing strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Tech Lead role.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) and CI/CD.
- Strong background in Cloud Architecture with experience in .NET/C# and React.
- Advanced expertise in Kubernetes for deployment and workload optimization.
- Deep knowledge of observability patterns.
- Experience with monitoring tools (such as Datadog).
- Experience with Elasticsearch for centralized logging.
- Strong communication skills, strategic vision, and the ability to technically influence team decisions.
