About the role

• Senior SAP MM Consultant managing SAP implementation for a leading oil lubricants client in Rio de Janeiro. Involves procurement processes and logistics integration with a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Work on the SAP implementation project leading MM processes extended to IS-OIL (including TD - Trader’s & Scheduler’s Workbench).
• Perform analysis, configuration, and validation of single-phase processes, quantity conversions, variances (losses and gains), and stock reconciliation.
• Use IS-OIL measurement transactions as the basis for industry-specific inbound, outbound and movement scenarios.
• Develop functional documents, technical specifications, process flows and integration designs.
• Ensure implemented solutions meet the business needs of the OIL & GAS segment.
• Support execution of integrated testing, user acceptance, Cutover preparation and provide support during HyperCare.
• Collaborate with SD, FI and other impacted module teams.
• Support tax rules and operations related to TAXBRJ within the MM-OIL context.
• Participate in project ceremonies, rituals and workshops in a hybrid working mode.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior SAP MM Consultant.
• Strong experience with MM – IS-OIL and integration with TD (Trader’s & Scheduler’s Workbench).
• Expertise in single-phase processes applied to the supply chain and material movements.
• Experience determining quantity conversions and managing losses and gains (variances).
• Deep knowledge of stock reconciliation using IS-OIL measurement transactions.
• Proficiency with the TAXBRJ calculation scheme as applied to MM.
• Experience in SAP implementation projects (S/4HANA or ECC).
• Proven participation in integrated testing and Cutover/HyperCare activities.
• Availability for hybrid work in Rio de Janeiro.
• Experience in the oil & gas / fuels / lubricants sector.
• Knowledge of MM–SD–FI integration, SAP BTP and messaging services.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Technical English sufficient to read documentation.
