About the role
- Senior Python Developer focusing on AI and GenAI solutions for corporate cybersecurity. Implementing scalable AI systems and automating solutions within a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Understand, discuss and detail cybersecurity use cases together with specialized teams, translating business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Architect and develop agentic AI systems (multi-step, multi-tool), integrating internal APIs, corporate data and automated workflows.
- Develop GenAI solutions using Python and specialized libraries.
- Configure and maintain development and runtime environments in Microsoft Azure cloud.
- Productionize AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, performance and reliability.
- Implement AIOps/MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD for models and agents.
- Implement observability and monitoring covering: detection of data drift and model drift; performance metrics (SLIs/SLOs); alerts and automatic remediation mechanisms; traceability, lineage and explainability.
- Ensure governance, privacy and compliance practices in GenAI, including: data minimization and protection; PII filters; logging and auditing; security testing and red-team exercises for prompts and models.
- Perform testing, corrective maintenance and ongoing evolution of developed solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate feedback and continuously evolve delivered solutions.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a software/AI developer or engineer (5 years or more).
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and/or GenAI.
- Experience developing and operating solutions in Microsoft Azure cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation and production environments.
- Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to conduct technical discussions with global teams.
- Availability to work on-site in São Paulo.
