Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead and point of contact for project and IT teams
- Work across the entire AI project lifecycle: ideation, experimentation, scaling, and industrialization
- Define and promote technical standards and AI best practices
- Provide AI technical expertise and challenge architectural and modeling decisions
- Select and oversee the use of LLMs
- Ensure AI models meet performance, compliance, and security requirements
- Support cross-functional teams in adopting AI development best practices
- Propose and oversee the implementation of technical and methodological improvements
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an AI Tech Lead, Lead Data Engineer, or Senior ML Engineer
- Strong knowledge of AI project processes (ideation, experimentation, industrialization)
- Good knowledge of compliance standards (AI ethics, AI Act, GDPR, IT security)
- Proven experience designing and implementing AI architectures in production
- Proven expertise with generative AI models
- Deep knowledge of GPU infrastructures
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python and Java
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the banking and insurance sectors is a plus
