Responsibilities
- Participer à l’analyse, la rédaction et la relecture de tout type de contrats commerciaux
- Conseil des équipes opérationnelles dans l’exécution des contrats
- Participer au traitement des précontentieux et contentieux
- Préparer la documentation juridique nécessaire à la réalisation d’opérations courantes et exceptionnelles en droit des sociétés
- Réaliser des recherches juridiques et rédaction d’avis et notes de synthèse en droit des affaires
- Assurer une veille juridique en collaboration avec les juristes
Requirements
- Titulaire ou en cours d’obtention d’un Master 2 (en droit des affaires) ou élève-avocat.e (stage PPI)
- Une première expérience au sein d’une direction juridique ou d’un cabinet d’avocats sera valorisée
- Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des bases de données juridiques
- Bonne pratique de l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral
