About the role
- Intern supporting legal department with public law and land management projects in renewable energy sector. Assisting with administrative authorizations and ensuring legal compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on public law, urban planning law, environmental law, and land law
- Contribute to the drafting of legal knowledge documentation
- Conduct land title checks and property verifications
- Contribute to ensuring the compliance of deeds drafted by notaries
- Monitor and follow up on amicable (administrative) and contentious appeals
- Maintain legal monitoring and keep up to date with legal developments
- Participate in legal department meetings
Requirements
- Law graduate holding a Master II (Master's) degree in Public Law, Environmental Law, Energy Law, Urban Planning and Construction Law
- Bar trainee (PPI internship) preferred
- Intellectual curiosity, rigor, and strong organizational skills
- Interest in the renewable energy sector
- Ability to work in a project-based environment
- Proven drafting and written communication skills
