About the role
- Backend Developer responsible for technical management of AI-first investigation products, collaborating closely with product owners and front-end teams. Working within a hybrid model in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Assumir a responsabilidade técnica pelo backend do nosso produto de investigação e relatórios.
- Trabalhar próximo ao PO e ao time de frontend (React).
- Implantar IA como alavanca para acelerar desenvolvimento, explorar soluções e tomar decisões técnicas com autonomia.
- Atuar em toda a camada backend, desde autenticação e autorização até pipelines de dados em tempo real.
Requirements
- Forte experiência com desenvolvimento backend em Python
- Capacidade de projetar e evoluir APIs e arquiteturas backend
- Experiência prática usando IA no desenvolvimento (ex: ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
- Capacidade de validar, adaptar e melhorar código gerado por IA
- Boa intuição para modelagem de dados e sistemas distribuídos
- Autonomia para investigar problemas e propor soluções
- Mentalidade de dono(a) do sistema (ownership)
