About the role

  • Senior Specialist in BPO and Contract Management for consulting firm in São Paulo. Responsible for analyzing contracts and providing strategic insights for decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior specialist responsible for mapping, analyzing and detailing BPO and bodyshop contracts.
  • Link contractual clauses to the operations actually performed by the teams.
  • Provide solid technical input to support strategic decisions on insourcing, renegotiation, reduction, or termination of contracts.
  • Ensure a clear view of risks, dependencies, and operational criticality.
  • Collect and organize BPO and bodyshop contracts.
  • Analyze contracted scope versus the scope actually executed.
  • Identify contractual risks, penalties and critical dependencies.
  • Support the creation of a detailed contract map for each supplier.
  • Understand the operational criticality associated with each contract.
  • Support feasibility analyses for insourcing into a Shared Services Center (SSC).
  • Support decisions to reduce or eliminate contracts.
  • Work closely with the Governance Consultant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Administration, Management, Engineering or related fields
  • 5–8 years' hands-on experience with BPO, service contract management and outsourced operations
  • Proven experience in managing or monitoring BPO contracts
  • Experience interacting with suppliers and supporting critical operations
  • Experience with Shared Services Center (SSC/CSC) is a plus
  • Experience in transition or insourcing projects
