About the role
- Manager Procurement (Facilities) overseeing procurement lifecycle and travel bookings at Aristocrat. Collaborating with Finance and HR teams to ensure service excellence in gaming and entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
- Review and validate purchase requisitions to ensure budget and cost center alignment.
- Ensure strict adherence to procurement policy and approval matrices.
- Lead commercial negotiations to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Conduct rate benchmarking and comparative analysis.
- Coordinate contract renewals to avoid unjustified price increases due to customer concerns.
- Monitor vendor performance and enforce service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and deliver cost savings through structured sourcing initiatives.
- Monitor agreed savings and release monthly reports on procurement and travel expenditures.
- Support audit and compliance reviews.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings through approved Travel Management Companies (TMC).
- Ensure policy compliance, including approval governance for urgent travel.
- Handle customer issues including cancellations and emergency travel.
- Coordinate visa processing and documentation.
- Handle forex requirements as per policy.
- Act as the single point of contact for sourcing and travel blocking issues.
- Partner with Finance, HR, and Business teams to provide proactive updates and ensure service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
- 10+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement.
- Confirmed experience handling Corporate Travel preferred.
- An MBA or certification in Supply Chain is preferred.
