Responsibilities

  • Reception, welcoming and customer advice
  • Assist in supervising a team (mechanics, technician, parts clerk)
  • Prepare repair estimates
  • Monitor work progress and follow up with customers
  • Issue customer invoices
  • Ensure customer satisfaction according to the group's quality standards
  • Schedule appointments according to the workshop's calendar

Requirements

  • Experience in the automotive sector preferred
  • Computer skills (ability to adapt and be trained on internal tools)
