- Experience with sales processes, customer order management, and billing/invoicing
- Ability to create concepts and document business processes
- Experience in customizing SAP MM and SAP SD objects
- Experience training client staff and consultants
- Ability to prepare development specifications
- Knowledge of integrating SAP MM and SAP SD with financial accounting and other processes
