About the role
- Azure DevOps Developer responsible for transitioning from legacy infrastructure to cloud solutions. Managing CI/CD pipelines and ensuring code changes are efficient and secure.
Responsibilities
- Provision and manage infrastructure resources in the cloud using tools like Terraform
- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes and that code changes are made swiftly and safely
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to multiple implementation teams involved in the migration process, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables
- Conduct regular stakeholder training and status updates to communicate project milestones, risks, and dependencies, and address any concerns or feedback
- Create Azure Boards and Azure Test Plans for Quality Assurance
- Ensure that the cloud infrastructure is secure and compliant with industry standards and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks
- Create documentation for migrated systems, processes, and configurations, to ensure clarity and consistency across project teams
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps tools and services
- 3+ years of a client facing role with demonstrated proficiency in relationship building and effective communication
- 3+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, or a related field
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or TeamCity
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Experienced in Microsoft 365 tools
- Azure certifications preferred
- DevSecOps experience preferred
