Requirements
- 10+ years High Net Worth Personal Lines insurance experience
- Active insurance license in good standing
- Deep underwriting expertise across complex assets
- Proven HNW client acquisition and retention capability
- Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and risk discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
