Responsibilities

  • Handling IT support tickets from internal and external systems
  • Analyzing, resolving and documenting technical incidents
  • Assisting users with hardware and software issues
  • Assisting with the implementation of new IT systems and software solutions
  • Escalating complex issues to specialist departments or project teams
  • Creating guides for self-service troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist in system integration/application development, IT systems clerk) or an equivalent qualification
  • Basic knowledge of network technology, operating systems (Windows/Linux) and standard office applications
  • Experience in IT support or helpdesk desirable
  • Service-oriented attitude, strong communication skills and customer focus
  • Analytical thinking, structured working style and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
