Requirements
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist in system integration/application development, IT systems clerk) or an equivalent qualification
Basic knowledge of network technology, operating systems (Windows/Linux) and standard office applications
Experience in IT support or helpdesk desirable
Service-oriented attitude, strong communication skills and customer focus
Analytical thinking, structured working style and problem-solving skills
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
