About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for business development in Minnesota market with focus on Compressed Air Systems. Managing key accounts and maintaining relationships in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing key accounts
  • Develop and maintain a sales forecast to help analyze market conditions
  • Gain a deep understanding of the customer’s business
  • Use initiative and strategy to increase sales/profits
  • Follow-up on all generated quotes to assure customer service
  • Stay current on existing and emerging products and technologies
  • Maintains ethical, cooperative manufacturer relationships

Requirements

  • 2 Year technical degree required; 4-year technical degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of technical experience required
  • Compressed Air Systems experience preferred
  • Account management/sales experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Good driving record required
