About the role

  • Director of Omni Operations leading operational initiatives at a global fashion brand. Focusing on communication strategies and inventory management for North America retail teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of operations related initiatives across North America.
  • Develop and maintain clear and engaging communication strategies for the retail teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop business processes.
  • Manage and continuously develop inventory systems.
  • Oversee new store opening processes and project management for renovations.
  • Ensure policy and regulatory compliance regarding operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience including 6+ years of operations experience with a retail focus.
  • Superior computer skills & overall systems savvy, with advanced working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Zipline is preferred.
  • Curiosity and a passion to learn and to make an impact.
