About the role
- Service Management Consultant advising clients from medium-sized companies to public administration on digital technology advancements. Supporting the definition and optimization of integrated solutions with Matrix42 and Ivanti.
Responsibilities
- du berätst unsere Kunden aus dem gehobenen Mittelstand, Konzernen und der öffentlichen Verwaltung bei der stetigen Weiterentwicklung digitaler Technologien
- du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Definition, Implementierung und Optimierung von integrierten Lösungen auf Basis von Matrix42 und Ivanti Technologien
- du übernimmst die Prozessberatung und (Teil-)Projektleitung bei ESM-Einführungen in den Bereichen Finance, Logistics/Warehouse und Retail
- in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden erarbeitest du Konzepte und stimmst diese mit anderen Teilprojekten ab
- weiterhin obliegt dir die Planung, Budgetierung, Controlling und Reporting in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- du übernimmst Supportleistungen im Kundenservice und unterstützt in Presales-Projekten
Requirements
- erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- hohe Methoden- und Moderationskompetenz
- analytischer Sachverstand
- Erfahrungen bei der Prozessanalyse und dem Design
- Leidenschaft für neue Technologien
