Responsibilities
- You advise our clients from the upper mid-market, corporations and the public sector on the continuous development of digital technologies
- You support our clients in defining, implementing and optimizing integrated solutions based on Matrix42 and Ivanti technologies
- You provide process consulting and (partial) project leadership for ESM (Enterprise Service Management) implementations in Finance, Logistics/Warehouse and Retail
- In collaboration with the client, you develop concepts and coordinate them with other subprojects
- You are responsible for planning, budgeting, controlling and reporting within your area of responsibility
- You deliver support services in customer service and assist in presales projects
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong methodological and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in process analysis and design
