About the role
- Full-Stack Developer developing scalable web applications using Next.js and NestJS in an AI-augmented environment. Collaborating with teams to design robust APIs and optimize the development life-cycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Next.js and NestJS.
- Build RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs with proper validation, security, and performance considerations.
- Implement SSR, SSG, and performance optimization strategies in Next.js.
- Design clean, modular, and testable backend services using NestJS and TypeScript.
- Integrate databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching layers (e.g., Redis).
- Leverage AI tools for optimizing the development life-cycle.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and improve engineering standards.
- Deploy and maintain applications using modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud services.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with NestJS and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and authorization.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of Docker and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of Server debugging and configuration.
- Proficiency in Git and modern development workflows.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools productively.
