- DevOps Engineer responsible for designing cloud infrastructure and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Collaborating with development teams to optimize high availability, scalability, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that support high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborating closely with development teams, ensuring smooth release cycles, and contributing to building a strong DevOps culture across the organization.
- Building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Managing and optimizing AWS infrastructure including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, VPC, CloudFront, RDS, and IAM.
- Implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Automating provisioning, configuration, and deployments across multi-environment setups.
- Monitoring performance, uptime, and security using CloudWatch and other observability tools.
- Ensuring secure IAM policies, secrets management, and access control.
- Conducting incident response, performing root-cause analysis, and leading post-mortems.
- Continuously optimizing cloud costs, performance, and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, primarily with AWS environments.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting.
- Solid understanding of Docker and container orchestration (ECS/EKS preferred).
- Ability to design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
