About the role

• Analyst supporting IT project and contract management at Tahto, focusing on governance and operational efficiency. Engaging with various functions to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work flexibly, adapting to business needs and focusing on predefined delivery deadlines, with excellent time management and organization of tasks assigned by IT Governance Management.
• Provide support to the IT Project Management and IT Contract Management teams as required.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling IT projects, including schedules, status reports, KPIs/indicators, and project documentation.
• Support IT contract management by assisting with contract controls, deadlines, amendments, and document organization.
• Support RFP and RFI processes by collecting information, analyzing proposals, and consolidating records.
• Assist with supplier payment control, verifying information and following up with internal stakeholders.
• Help track CAPEX and OPEX, supporting budget controls, forecasting, and actuals reconciliation.
• Update spreadsheets, systems, and project or contract control tools.
• Facilitate communication between IT, business areas, suppliers, procurement, and finance.
• Ensure information is organized and kept up to date for governance and audit purposes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Basic knowledge of IT and interest in project and/or contract management.
• Basic understanding of financial control, budgeting, or administrative processes.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate knowledge of outsourcing processes for call center service providers.
• Good organization, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
