Responsibilities

  • Research and reporting on the defense industry, security-policy issues and their economic impacts
  • Building and maintaining a strong network in politics, industry and trade associations
  • Monitoring regulatory processes in Germany and the EU and assessing their relevance for the sector
  • Producing in-depth analyses and exclusive stories for a new newsletter format
  • Delivering content not only in text but also in audio, video and live formats

Requirements

  • Completed journalistic training or several years of professional experience in journalism
  • Experience in reporting and confidence handling complex topics
  • High resilience and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interest in security and industrial policy issues
  • Multimedia way of thinking and working
