Responsibilities
Designing, coordinating, implementing and following up on digital and in-person events, conferences and fully integrated campaigns in cooperation with Sales and Project Management
Researching and developing event programs with a focus on current political issues, particularly in the areas of health, agriculture and food policy
Researching topics and speakers
Inviting and liaising with speakers
Supporting partners in concept development, planning, execution and post-event follow-up in coordination with Sales and Project Management
Managing editorial formats and event-related campaigns, e.g. (digital) advertorials, podcasts, etc.
Requirements
University degree, e.g., in political science, economics or cultural studies
At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in an agency/consultancy in the political or communications sector, at a media company, or at an association or political level
Experience in project and event management and/or campaign work
Knowledge of relevant organizations and procedures for political decision-making, an understanding of economic contexts and an interest in current political and economic affairs
Structured and reliable working style with high personal initiative ("hands-on" mentality)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident presence and presentation ability
Good command of English
